As the Executive Housekeeper, your primary responsibilities will include:

Efficiently managing the Housekeeping Department in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Ensuring the prescribed company standards are maintained in all areas of responsibility.

Overseeing the daily operations of housekeeping staff to achieve exceptional cleanliness standards.

Key Duties:
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

Develop and implement cleaning protocols to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.

Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring proper levels are maintained for daily operations.

Train and develop housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role.

Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Knowledge of inventory management and budget control.
