Job Description:
As a Psychologist at Jullo, you will play a crucial role in providing individual and group therapy, using various modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborate with the professional team to ensure the best holistic care for clients.
- Stay current on the latest research and treatment methodologies in the field of psychology and addiction.
Qualifications:
- Registration with HSPCA.
- 2-4 years of work experience post-graduation.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassion and empathy in working with clients.
- Strong commitment to ethical and professional standards.
- The desire to grow and develop your career.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
- Specialization in a particular area of psychology such as trauma, addiction
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
